Location or walk tracking is unavailable

Confirm that Canimio has location permission and that location services are enabled. Start a walk while the app is visible. During an active walk, Android shows a persistent notification and iOS may display the system location indicator. End the walk in Canimio when finished. Offshore, indoor, and obstructed locations can take longer to obtain a reliable satellite fix.

A change did not synchronize

Keep Canimio open after connectivity returns and use the retry action when one is shown. Active walks preserve a device checkpoint so an interrupted save can be retried. Avoid clearing app storage until any pending walk has synchronized.

Notifications are missing

Enable notifications for Canimio in system settings and confirm reminders are enabled in More → Notifications. Installed apps schedule appointment and daily-care reminders on the device; changing preferences or appointments resynchronizes them when Canimio next opens.

Export or delete an account

Use More → Account in the app, or visit the public account and data deletion page. Account deletion requires a recent password confirmation and starts a 30-day recovery period. You can sign in and explicitly restore your account during that period; permanent deletion follows the deadline. You can also delete individual records without deleting your account, or contact privacy@canimio.com for help with a selected-data request. Deleting a Canimio account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; cancel renewal separately through the store where you subscribed.
